IMO, these cancellations and imposition of an apparent "quiet period" just confirms what we've all pretty much already concluded - something really big is in the works. I wouldn't be too surprised if there were a "trading halt" if the news we're expecting comes during trading hours. Especially if the news comes as several respected posters (B-Lunist and Milestone, et al) have suggested - as a total settlement package with all the Js in one announcement (versus the piece-meal announcements I was expecting - each applying more pressure on those that remain).

B-Lunist placed his SWAG for an announcement on 11/16. Sounds good to me - ahead of Thanksgiving week. But there is a whole week available after Thanksgiving..... It's going to be a very "anxious" week or three! And it doesn't stop there, what with 450+ infringers on notice remaining, many of whom I suspect will step up PDQ.
