TPL to the infringers have been more than daunting.  I would venture to guess this has been one of the best organized and well thought out suits they have ever faced.  With TPL's army of engineers and Alliacense's negotiating skills, I'm sure this has been no walk in the park for the J's.  This isn't your typical "patent troll" strategy in play.  I would love to hear some of the exchanges between the opposing counsels.  It would appear that Alliacense/TPL are one hell of a war machine.  To me that's always been the best part about this, the high level of coordination and execution of a plan.  That in itself is an amazing feat when battling such a mighty foe.  I hope like hell we here something before Thanksgiving.  I would love to use $100 bills this year for napkins!
