I would think that negotiations are between TPL/T&T and each of the defendants separately (e.g., why would one defendant want the others to know the "numbers"?; our team would want separate negotiations so we can play one against the other; etc.).

In any case, if there were a joint announcement that all three have settled, my message is moot. However, if we do hear of just one settling, it may be premature to sell into THAT when more is likely "just around the corner". That's the point I'm making....
