``The reason IMO the stock price is 19 cents is b.c any AMD agreement would be contigent upon a PTSC victory.``
Doesn`t hold water. Even as 50% owner PTSC has every right to license 336. If I`m PTSC`s lawyers I don`t let them sign a license agreement contingent on their winning the ownership suit. There would be nothing for PTSC to gain from that. They either license or they don`t. That simple. The terms of the agreement are the big question here. You can either believe AMD held all the aces and forced PTSC into a less than favorable agreement. Or you can believe PTSC held their ground and got euiqtable terms. While you may not like PTSC`s track record in producing revenues, you cannot argue that they lack the courage of their convictions. FOr the simple fact that they decided to take on pretty much the whole chip industry IMO tells you how hard a stance they were willing to take.
