I've a twisted idea. I would rather see the inidividuals come forward themselves and admit when a message has been reported.

Why not those who report violations, post a message for all to see regarding the violator and reasons for the violation. A simple statement such as ("You have been reported for violation and this is why: blah, blah, blah) will suffice. Why the cloak and dagger???

(Although my post was minor in comparison to other messages reported as violations, I probably deserved being reported in this case)
