I second guessed it as well but since there is little PTSC can talk about besides the MMP right now it does seem plausible especially with Turley's slip of the tongue. Your guess is as good as mine???

This morning they were very liberal with the price action taking it up 7 cents on 400K shares and yes Carlton Johnston posting one liners on raging bull as "analyst" is a dead give away...lol. IMO Swartz continues to lighten his position.
