AMD Preferred Stock

Earlier, Brian railed occasionally reminding people, PTSC always had 5 Mil Preferred stashed away in the Print Shop. It`s quite possible some of this Preferred has now seen the light of day. Curious how much has been sold to AMD and at what price, and whether AMD or others will be given future Preferred at a later date. Maybe that`s the price of admission???..Or maybe AMD demanded the Preferred up front, you think??....

I`ll bet AMD shows up at the SHM meeting....Am sure many questions wil be directed at the the AMD representative.

Should be a festive atmosphere (assuming Judge Fogel allows Higgins to testify)..If so, SP will really excite people and bring new investors and the Press to the SHM...Snowball will acquire velocity then..
