This is like a duel at high noon.........Who will twitch / blink first.........It appears that both sides fear TRIAL...........It is all or nothing..........

For me a settlement admitts guilt............I believe that we will receive bigger #'s than previously received............IMO both sides will blink..............My concern is that most here expect a gazillion dollars...........A reasonal settlement starts up the tredmill of IP deals......I am sure that there are other cases that have settled that might be similar to our case...............Do we know the amounts of the settlements.......................Like in sports when a player sets the standard for salary i am sure that our lawyers know what the going rate is.........................IMO the press will consider a settlement a win for us............Perception is the reality..............
