The $200 M figure you quote, do you have a link, please?

Aren't the settlement costs included in the litigation costs paid by PTSC to PDS? Failing that, part of any settlement ie settlement PLUS costs?

Might the settlement price have increased substantially in light of the potential for triple damages had the case gone to trial?
