IMHO you rate the BOD like you where in school with marking periods.. The rason is PTSC/like school subjects the y steadly progress situtaion and topics change... for example 4/ 5 years ago the BOD did what it could to survive they kept cost down where in survival mode.... my Grade for them C+

The next era was first settelment agreement with TPL.... this is the era where the BOD/Managemnt failed us.... Increased availble shares rewarded people who where already rewarded... warrant buy back witha clear pump from Swartz so we payed way to much to buy back warrants..... My grade D-.....

Next era enough cash smaller settlements... this era is hard to judge becuase the buying/Merger of companies is a tough task... also 20 million in cash will not buy a company that will give us a return that would support a 3 or 4 dollar stock.... 40% return on 20 million ... equals about a penny a share in earnings.. dont get me wrong that would be a stepping stine but not enough for long term growth.... This era I grade them C.....

Next marking period is the most important IMHO... hoping to see an A+......
