have guaranteed an answer within 30 days? I don't know but, imo, seems more pausible that whomever needed ACP more has blinked.

Also I interpret, "continuing discussions on the claims." as settlement talks. The Markman should have ended discussions on the claims and set the stage for how they can/will be used in the trial.

What would there be to discuss unless you were using them to figure out what chips were infringing? Just another thought.

Can I get an L for pausable? eom.
