You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
Why would both parties agree to a motion to expidite a ruling on a motion (ACP), and then both agree to a stay on the whole case? The ACP Motion must have been ruled on. If we had lost that ruling I don't think settlement talks would be progressing and no need for a stay.
