Judge Denies Stay In MP3 Player Patent Dispute

Portfolio Media, New York (October 31, 2007)--A Texas federal judge has refused to halt an infringement suit against Apple Inc., Samsung Electronics Co. and SanDisk Corp. during a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office re-examination of a patent for digital music players.
