         Thanks BA.................So we know that a STAY is a temporary halting by a court  " pending a review of another action"...

         Of course in my mind this lets out the PTO ?    as a few have suggested................So pending a review of another action.........Can JW actually review a settlement agreement ......Could that be a reason for a STAY................

         An answer i can not find is.....with a 30 day stay,  can the STAY end at any time/ DURING THE 30 DAYS  /    or does it run it's course/time wise / even though the court has ruled..............Larry
