I have never said that the MMP couldn't be sold.. of course it can.. for the correct price, with TPL/Moore receiving half and PTSC receiving half..  but just buying PDS does not get you the MMP, unless you also secure the exclusive & permanantly assigned patent rights from TPL/Moore and PTSC.
