Thanks for weighing in. Your additional information re: Philips signing last minute, drives the nail into the board past the head.

Great insight. This should address concerns to the poster's questions.

However, I disagree slightly with one of your statements..."but keep in mind I don't know a damn thing" This is not true ;-)
