Raising Money

Roswell Capital Partners LLC is creating a $500 million fund subsidiary, BridgePointe Equity Partners L.P., according to a Sept. 15 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fund has $8 million invested from 10 investors so far. Most of the fund's $489.9 million will go toward unspecified investments, the rest will go toward officer, director and affiliate salaries and fees.

Parties in the deal include Alpharetta-based Roswell Capital Partners, Michael Kendrick and Eric Swartz.
