From Agoracom earlier today

".......................The site will be down for between 1-3 hours while we transfer data to the new servers. Our new host is a top of the line specialist for hosting sites such as AGORACOM which are built on a "Ruby on Rails" platform. What this means is that we will be able to scale seamlessly as our traffic count continues to rise. In other words – No More Slowdowns no matter how busy we get. "

The announcement says it will occur sometime after 5p.m. today.
