They have been working very hard to set up Intellasys. IMHO, They tried to get 100% of the patents a long time ago because they needed it to go forward with their plan. Just go over to their website and take a look at what they have done so far. They have hired a first rate group of engineers, have acquired a couple of other companies, and are developing other chips. I have always wondered how they could do this with only the same amount that we were given. Maybe they have a backer. At anyrate, they seem to be going fullspeed ahead with their plan and I think those patents are the key to their success--I can not see them selling at this point. I can not see that it would benefit another co. to try to overtake PTSC in order to get the patents as we all know that TPL would get it all.  GL, ads
