I agree. If settlements are what this is all about we may hear of the outcome before the 30 days has passed. I am sure that if all the parties involved are getting close to an agreement they would all save money on legal fees to end it asap. Frankly, I can see no other reason for the delay. As I stated this AM, I don't think that JW is waiting on USPTO--he gave us the Markman.  GL, ads
