That's a different scenario than the one outlined.  As you know PDS is just an entity created where monies derived from the commercialization of the patents flow prior to distribution - nothing more and nothing less.  The MMP is not associated with PDS.  No MMP no value.  I believe the MMP could be sold but PTSC and TPL  both would need to sign off on the terms.  Dollar amount?  5 Billion is quite high given current circumstances but who knows down the road.  I thought 5 billion for Mark Cuban's Broadcast.com was outrageous back then.   You ever know who is out there with pen and paper figuring out a buy price.  If we win at trial / patents are validated via settlement and all Ts crossed Is dotted etc with USPTO reviews all found in our favor well....
