Better yet, as I posted yesterday, TPL can have MMP and PDS all to themselves for $2B TODAY.  I'd take that in a heartbeat.  Let them assume all the risk and all the reward.  That would give PTSC over $5/shr in cash in the bank, and oodles of opportunity for M&A and moving forward without looking back!
