If TPL and PTSC reserve the rights to MMP patents..... why would anyone buy PDS?

 PDS is nothing but a paper tiger.....a JV meant only for accounting purposes.

PDS has no value unless your giving the buying company the right to the patents/right to license. I doubt TPL and PTSC will sell that anytime soon.... i think they would be happy just collecting whats owed to them for the next few years.....
