PDS should be looked at like a bank account. If it were sold, the price would depend entirely upon how much was in it at the time.  Talking about the selling of PDS is like talking about selling a bank account.  It is preposterous that anyone would bid a nickel over the account value as there is no intellectual property associated with it.  PDS has no legal connection to the MMP which is where 100% of the real value lies.  Last post on the subject.
