As I previously posted and you too posted that NXP (microprocessor division of Philips) is owned jointly by Philips (19.99%) and a consortium that owns 80.1%. That investment group is comprised of: Silver Partners; Kohlberg, Kravis & Roberts and ALPinvest Partners. How is it possible that Philips signs a license agreement, while only owning 19.99%....what about the group that owns 80.1% shouldn't they be signing as well?
Check out silver partners and look at their portfolio....actually, check them all out.....pretty impressive.
