I'd like to talk about PTSC.......let's speculate.  How long do you think it will be before we hear that there has been a settlement?  I'm asking you because you're usually very close to the mark with your predictions.  (Now, understanding that you will be called a provider of false information if you are wrong, give it your best shot!)
