I remember back in 1996 a fake gold mine was created and sold as a penny stock on the canadan stock exchange and then onto the nasaq and it went from penny`s to over 300dollars per share twice before it was found out to be a elaboate scam. It was just on tv about the whole thing this was one of the most costly losses to investors ever. Wallstreet bought it hook line and sinker. I know it didn`t involve AMD or INTEL but wall street sent top notch engineers down to look at this gold strick and this engineer who made these phony sites in the jungle fooled them for awhile . anything is possible when it comes to stocks . I have to look up the name of the company I believe it was boredex or something like that I will look it up. How it was found to be fake was the gov came in and try to claim it. this was some 3rd world place. they brought another gold mining firm in and they put test holes down on the same property and they all came up dry no gold.

And the engineer had enough balls to tell wallstreet that they didn`t no how to drill and do core samples the price fell from 300bucks to like 150 then he claimed to have a even bigger strike and the price went back up to 300bucks again. Yeah strange things do happen I respect your opions but Nobody on this board nows anything for certain.

The problem with this whole 336 patent is its so far reaching and can have such a negative impact to allot of company`s that have infringed some illegal things can happen Ever here of ERON, WORLDCOM, and others
