I think the SP will slide back and forth between .43 and .46 for a while if we don't get any "concrete" news. The longer we go without news, the closer it will get back to .40.

If you believe we will hear about a settlement soon, I would get in as close to .40 as you can ASAP.

I added 10,000 shares yesterday morning averaging about .42.5.
