Herte's where you're wrong:

"The share buyback didn't work (done that)and you want more of the same?"

The share buy-backs did bolster the PPS. They did demonstrate confidence. And they're in the bank, waiting, like all of us. When we see a pop, they'll be worth more than virtaully any other investment they could have made.

Look at the last announced buy-back. Assuming they averaged in at even 38 cents with those buys, they're up about 14% right now (at .44), in a matter of a couple of weeks! If we go to $2, still a bad move? At $7.60? (that's only 2,000%).
