I believe alot of that has been done and a considerable amount of licensee share buying will be part of what will propell us to new highs. This is something PTSC should have a "SALESMAN" doing on a regular basis. Contacting large and small firms alike telling the story of PTSC and generating interest in our shares. I like to think of this sort of buying as "institutional", just not in the most "common sense" of the word. Pun intended!!
