Apologies, I was seeking the link to the italicized part of the statement:

Judge Ward sanctioned Toshiba for dumping and doing other unscrupulous acts in another case. After the severe punishment , Juniper and Toshiba asked for 45 days to reach a settlement. So I think 30 days is notl that long for a possible settlement.
