What exactly is being pushed back 30 days?

   "Discovery deadlines which were posted earlier that pushed a deadline from Oct 29 to Oct 30?  The ACP motion?  Something else?

Please let me know if the following makes sense:

Maybe there is still a lot of discovery that we would want to complete before stepping into the next phase of litigation and this benefited the defense's interest and we filed a joint motion to postpone deadlines.

I am trying to get my head around how this motion to extend 30 days, but does not move the trial date, is an indication to many that a settlement is inevitable".... Ease

  Who cares ?  For months this stock has drifted down for no good reason.  Tomorrow  it may pop up for no good reason. Could we just let that happen ? Would it be too much to ask that we get a little shot in the arm for free? Do you logical ,infomed, reasonable,and rational types always have to get in the way of pure emotion and speculation?  BUZZKILL! Go to bed !
