Agree completely.

Cash is king.  The early mover license payments are helping PTSC right NOW...... helping them get into great financial shape...where they no longer need toxic funding to survive day to day.   Helping PTSC invest in other business like Holcom....helping them buy back shares...

There will only be a limited number of first time/early mover signings before TPL/PTSC can really put the heat on.   A major settlement or ruling on the case could cause a domino effect on the remaining companies.

  I rater PTSC get 10 million in cash right now... then  get $85.000 USD per month for the next 10 years.... lol
