You're dead on with your reading of the situation. Let me add that when you say "the BOD needs to prove themselves" I have to disagree. IMO they have already proven themselves to be incapable and now IMO the only way this company gets any respect going forward is to clean house. One by one pick em off and replace them with real business minded members because the stink remains long after the screw-up's and the only way to get rid of the bad smell is to take whats giving it off out. As you can see another potential $10M to the PTSC Board to play with and the stock does nothing. Right now perception is everything.
