Having Philips on the dotted line is important IMO........A huge Corp that must have a ton of lawyers going over all the details of this law suit , just like we are............They blinked IMO because they believe that we will win.....................We do not know the amount of the settlement so it could be less than the 22 million.....That does not matter to me................Philips blinking at this date say alot.....Larry
