Worth mentioning again. It seems clear that Judge Ward should be ruling before Thursday, do you agree?

NEC requests courts permission for expedited briefing and resolution of its opposed motion challenging plaintiff's ACP designation of Shaw.

Issues presented in that motion and the use of the Shaw deposition will impact depositions that are currently scheduled including the deposition of Drew Hamilton which is scheduled for Nov. 1
