JT's income package includes about $10,000 a year for an automobile allowance. It would seem reasonable that he could use that to rent a limo (if indeed he did) if he'd rather not drive his auto (if he didn't). For each PTSC BOD person to personally and individually drive from the office might have cost the company about $20.
Since there were at least two limos that I saw, I prefer to think they were for people who flew in just for the morning.
