Your post is BEAUTIFUL and I agree completely!

 He is risking his future career as an expert in high tech with his subsequent performance.

Absolutely!  It's hard to believe that a man like Turley would not want the very best for this company.  With PTSC's success, he has everything to gain and nothing to lose.  Why would anyone think that he does not have the best interest for the company as his personal #1 project?
