The answer is, they're not 100% sure on the bet. Someone asked why none of the BODs or Turley has bought any on the open market - if they're so sure of their company. The response was - "ah-well we did buy some many years ago".

If they were very confident, they would all be loading up - they're obviously not that confident as some on this board.
