IMHO, it is ok, it is human nature...so we shouldn't be too hard with ourselves, when we whine from time to time.

The facts before the weekend:

- 24 licensees, some of the biggest names in industry

- successfull Markman Hearing for two strong patents

- chance of appeal for another strong patent (584)

- Re-Ex at the USPTO only with TPL/PTSC (yes, this is a positive for me!)

- Swartz vanished as the "poison pill" and reducing his position

- healthy financial numbers

One sentence to Turley: he might not be the best in the long haul, but he is the right person for now, regarding the fact there is actually NO organisation to be lead, but a vision to be developed and implemented.

My main criticism is the way they communicated since last year, but as long as I don't know the complete Master Plan (assuming they have one...), there always might be a reasonable reason for their communications behaviour.THOUGH: IMO they could tell a lot more, without disturbing the "holy ghosts of justice"...;-)
