GE,

Because management over the years has sat around playing pin the tail on the donkey while waiting for money to fall from the sky....and you know what it did....and you know what else they were not prepared for it...period. This goes for Turley as well as he has been with PTSC for a long time.... several years on our advisory board and also several years as a Board member and now the CEO. If he wasn't helping with a business plan or advising what companies to aquire over the past 5-7 years then what exactly has he and the others been doing? They had $80 million dollars come in all while he was being paid to sit on our board...what has he done? What exactly has he been doing all this time with PTSC? Don’t give me that he just started a few months ago crap because he didn’t. Last SHM he tells us they plan to form a JV for reviving "ignite" yesterday he doesn’t even mention it. Did he have any answers to any of the tough questions that were asked? The question was asked "how are you going to finance an acquisition...cash, stock, debt?" no answer...It was brought up that the BOD members made $200K each the last fiscal year...did they respond or at least defend their salaries? While Turly is pointing at graphs and charts of revenue and cash babbling "up and to the right" did he get called out on who was responsible for all the "up and to the right" action the past 2 years? Did he even have a rebuttal? Turley was skewered at the shareholders meeting for a reason and rightfully so. Look I'm a long and continue to remain one, however, things really need to start taking the shape of a real company with a plan and a real leader. I have nothing personal against any of the BOD members its all just business. IMO our leaders have proven they don’t have what it takes to lead us to success.
