And is it possible that because of the fact that Higgins/Shaw is what seemed to stall the mediation, and mediation would be in the best interest of us, them, and the court, that JW has suspended normal procedure and let his ruling(s) be known only to the participents in the mediation process, skipping the usual pacer foul-der-rowel, the litigants then mediating as we speak,thus paving the way to an expedited settlement that will be announced in a way and time agreed to by the parties involved in respect to the fact that this is an extreme "material event" and thus warrants handling in a less than routine way?
