From what I understand, a shareholder's meeting deals with what has happened in the past, where we are now and what is coming in the future.  What is coming in the future is information that can only be discussed in general.   Certainly, they cannot discuss upcoming deals, companies that may be in line to sign, who they are looking at for A/M, etc.

I don't understand why everyone seemed so upset at not getting that dreaded thing called "inside information."
