The filing is pursuant to the Court’s Discovery Order and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(l). IMO it is unlikely that Judge Ward could rule on Shaw until the all filing under 26(a)(l) is accomplished or deadline for filing is passed. Hopefully this is it. Opty
