the BOD is taking the stance of "our hands are tied until this lawsuit is resolved" and I think its a pretty lame excuse for being inept and incapable. Say what you will to defend them but they had the last 2 years and $80M come their way ....gift wrapped! In today's environment companies are involved in litigation every other day but I don't see any of them halting their operations and plans because of a pending lawsuit threat. These things could last 3, 4 maybe even 5 years and in the meantime our board wants to twiddle their thumbs? Im sorry but to me its been one lame excuse after another with this group. What's next..."we cant move forward with a revenue generating acquisition until our stock price rises"...WTF?
Yes the trial is a weight on the share price, however, the real anchor is our bonehead, underperforming management crew. If Brian did give them a hard time at the SHM I would like to personally congratulate him because he was spot on as to were the real problem lies.
