Back for a few minutes and saw your post.  I notice in your last line you say:

".....and would have to include a positive settlement or court outcome."

IMO, with a positive settlement or court outcome, we won't need a RS, and we will need the float to provide market liquidity.

I can't understand why this subject has risen yet again.  It's all about TX.
