Last week after reading the usual round of speculative posts, it was clear that there was some confusion as to whether or not Judge Ward was required to respond to a motion by a particular date. It is in my nature to deal with facts whenever possible.

With that in mind, I phoned the clerk of the court in the EDOT for clarification on rules, not for information regarding PTSC. As a matter of fact, I never gave her my name nor did I mention PTSC in any way.

As milestone was kind enough to post (and agreed with by others)...the employees of the court are there to serve the public. I am the public and I had a question about rules, nothing more.

I posted the phone number as a convenience to anyone else who may have had questions of their own. I have heard that my post including the phone number was deleted.

For those of you who have wasted precious time (for days, I might add)over whether or not I should have posted a public phone number and/or encouraged anyone else to call with questions of their own......get over it. If I had to do it over again, nothing would change.
