Hi Fat,

You have a lot to offer the analytical discussions on this board. You make some very good points and observations which are worthy of everyone's attention. I, however, stay out of these discussions because I am way out of my depth in these areas. I just stick my nose in now and again when I feel people are being unfair, petty, or unkind.

We haven't received our proxy material yet. We'll have to make a call on Monday. I'm glad you received yours.

The weather is so beautiful this weekend? We'll be taking the dogs for a walk on the trails in a while. I hope you take the time to enjoy it. Who knows when the snow will get here ....... ugh !!
