I recently proclaimed that I'd practice this approach and hopefully not waste everyone's (including my own) time. This post is probably questionable....as it, like my last message will come across as "preaching". So be it, Amen.
Agora has made some improvements. They intend to grant certain capabilities to those that are considered (through the voting exercise) worthy. The improvements are not fully implemented.
How 'bout we wait until the improvements are fully implemented before screaming for something more, which may not be necessary? It may just work out to where the improved system actually works.
And it may just work out to where those whom some would eagerly put on ignore would get the boot - the ultimate ignore.
Instead we got how many posts about adding an ignore feature? And that added what to the discussion of PTSC?
Be glad we don't have an ignore feature because I for one would have put a dozen or so people on ignore for those posts (e.g., if this is an example of the depth of their thought process, I don't need to hear any more of their mundane, trivial "discussion").
So PLEASE think before you post.
Will my post about ignore influence anyone? Agora? Will they implement this capability when they haven't fully implemented other improvements which may make the ignore feature unnecessary? Does this have ANYTHING to do with PTSC? Would this post qualify as a candidate for being put on ignore if the feature existed?
There's the (my) thought process.
And that's my little sermon. With apologies.....
JMHOs,
