question 1:

S/P $5. Trial win and uspto win. If all things had been aligned like this 2.5 years ago as they are now, it would > $7 by now with the hoped for gains (see note I wrote BaNosser). This is a lot but so are these victories. Guaranteed revenue for 7 years. The more money collected the stronger TPL will be in their collection efforts. If it was a clear patent, significant revenue would be in the Balance Sheet now. Companies would be acquired and MMP would be put to work for us and TPL.

Question 2. Merger with TPL.

The other half of an MMP worth much money. If after the trial/PTO win, TPL tried to take PTSC private, this would be disastrous for you and me. If they joined up with us as a public company, we would inevitably be on the Nasdaq and would get in a position to be like Acacia. Google this company up. It is like the current PTSC to the 10th power. There are significant financial incentives for TPL and the only danger for the combined company would be take over by a larger company like Acacia.

The next question is, where is PTSC really headed? Along the course it has charted thus far or another direction. The CEO indicated in a recent letter that it could be another direction.
